It is understood the above named Photographer is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic and/or video services requested on this Contract. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

All rights and copyrights to the photos remain with the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to use negatives, digital scans and/or reproductions for advertising, display, Internet promotion, publication or other purposes. Client may make unlimited enlargements and reprints for personal use but not for any commercial purposes. After a period of six months, the photographer will, upon request by the client, offer to the client the negatives, for a charge of $100 on the understanding that the copyright of all photographs relating to the said wedding remain with the photographer unless the photographer releases such copyright. This offer is made on the understanding that if the negatives are destroyed through fire, flood, or any other means whether by accident or deliberate, or stolen, then any liability ends.

Upon signing of this contract, the Photographer shall reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, unless the Studio is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date of the wedding is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.

If the Photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of nature, the photographer’s illness or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then the Photographer has the option to contract another photographer to complete the job. In the event of such substitution, the Photographer warrants that the stand-in photographer taking the photographs or video shall be a competent professional

If this is not possible, the photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the moneys already paid.

Client is aware that colour dyes in photography may fade or discolour over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without Photographer’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

The balance is due 14 days prior to wedding day.

State Sales Tax . . .

Cancellation . . .
A cancellation fee of $500 will be imposed to cover loss of booking date.
